Simple pricing, no surprises. The $49 and $149 starting rates cover straightforward, low-volume work. We confirm your monthly price and what is included before you agree. Extra work is always quoted first. Connected bank feeds require a supported bank connection.
Date — when the purchase was made. Merchant — who you purchased from. Amount — the receipt total. COA — a suggested account from your company's Chart of Accounts, based on the items purchased.
20 receipt extractions included each month on DIY. After that, standard four-field extraction is $0.18 per receipt ($0.045 per field), only when you approve the additional cost. You can still upload and store receipts without paying for extraction.
An account suggestion may need review when a receipt contains multiple kinds of purchases, taxes or ambiguous items. Receipt extraction does not guarantee the accounting classification is correct.
Moving from another accounting system should not mean re-entering everything. Bring your available exports, account lists, transactions and bank records. BSA helps identify what can be imported, what needs matching, and any gaps that need attention.
